Chief Etiquette Officer (CEO)
What’s in a name? ReedNWright is the combination of my maternal (Reed) and paternal (Wright) surnames, and my first initial (N). Like the name my vision is that ReedNWright® reflects who I am and what makes me “me”.
I specialize in international social & business etiquette and ethics. In London, at the English Manner, I completed my etiquette and protocol studies with the highest honors, plus I am a member of Protocol & Diplomacy International. One of my greatest achievements is being an upcoming author of an etiquette book from a black perspective!
I have a degree in Finance with a History Minor, plus I received my Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accreditation. My career includes 20 years of global business compliance, finance, and customer service experience working for Macy’s Corporate, Kellogg’s and Kraft Heinz have taken me to over a dozen countries.
In the spirit of personal development and well-being, I completed the following: Reiki Master Certified at Equilibrium Energy + Education, “Improv For Business” and “Improv A” at the world famous Second City in Chicago, and Digital Photography I at the School of The Art Institute in Chicago.
With over 40 countries under my belt, I have found such a sense of fulfillment in my own life through travel, food, and cultural experiences and for the past four years I have enjoyed writing and capturing my experiences at some of the best resorts, restaurants, bars, and events.
I am a Founding Member of the Chicago South Side Giving Circle, which is a group of dynamic women who pool our resources and award grants to small black women lead non-profits helping Black women and girls on the South Side of Chicago.
My purpose for ReedNWright® is to empower others through training and create a community of individuals committed to ushering in a renaissance of style and good manners.
